- All treatments for our specialist semi-permanent makeup treatments take place in your home at a time to suit you, so our service couldn’t be more convenient.
- Prior to your appointment, you’ll receive a free consultation with a patch test carried out, to ensure it’s suitable. This will take place at least 24-hours before your treatment.
- On the day of your appointment, ensure your eyes are makeup-free and our qualified, 5-star rated semi-permanent makeup artist will take care of the rest!
What to Expect During Treatment
Your professional eyeliner treatment is applied using sterile disposable needles. During the consultation, we will have discussed your chosen pigment and this is what will be used during the appointment.
Semi-permanent eyeliner treatment involves the chosen pigment colour being implanted into the epidermis, resulting in a flawless, beautiful eyeliner application that lasts and lasts.
We will apply numbing cream around the eye area first to minimise discomfort, and your procedure will take between two and three hours.
Some Dos and Don’ts Following Your Eyeliner Treatment
While this procedure is non-invasive, it’s normal to feel a little sore following treatment. We recommend the following to aid your healing.
Do Take Some Time to Rest
Because the treatment takes place in your own home, you can relax straight away without having to travel first. Taking things slow for the rest of the day will make managing any soreness easier and help your eyes to heal.
Do Use Ice for Swelling
You might not have any swelling following your treatment. However, if you do experience mild swelling, you can place some ice wrapped up in some kitchen roll and roll it around your eye area for 10 minutes at a time, and repeat every hour if you wish.
Don’t leave the ice stationery on your eye area without moving it around though.
Don’t Use Mascara
When you start to use mascara again you should use a brand new tube. However, for the first five days after your procedure, please avoid using any makeup on your eyes and eyelashes. After five days, your eyes should have healed and you can safely apply mascara again without risking irritation.
Do Use Serum
We provide a special serum as part of your treatment package and will explain how and when to apply this. Make sure you use your serum as directed, which will also aid the healing process.
Do Book a Top-Up Appointment
This should take place 6-8 weeks after your procedure and is included in the price of your treatment, so there’s no extra cost to you. The top-up session is carried out then to give your skin time to fully digest the pigment. During the follow-up, additional colour can be applied to anywhere the pigment hasn’t fully taken.
Do Come Back in 2-3 Years!
Semi-permanent eyeliner treatment is long-lasting, between two and three years, making it great value.
